We have double XP weekend this weekend.

So it is starting on Thursday for me. Um because it starts at Friday at 00 uh UTC.

So you guys can click as interested in case you want to receive ping exactly when the double XP weekend starts. just posted the link in the chat.

So the double XP weekend means that you’re getting double XP on Star Atlas U5.

So by playing the shooter uh and the and racing, you will be earning twice the XP that you normally earn.

So that also means that you will get twice the CXP that you get from playing uh UI5.

So, it’s good moment to get in there, find some matches, and play for while. Um, know that will be there and I’ll be destroying you guys as always. Um, but it should be fun and yes, we need to we need you guys in the lobies this weekend earning that CXP.

The XP in U5 is oneonone with CXP.

No, don’t think that is the right conversion. don’t have the numbers nor think that we actually publish that. Um, but it’s not one to one as far as I’m aware, especially since CXP has so many variables and multipliers that it depends.

So, we’ve been cooking. Uh, think it’s been little while since I’ve been on here to kind of chat with everybody. And know we we mentioned it kind of internal to the Super Phoenix community.

don’t know around August or so that we were kind of working on this uh this new vertical for the DAO which is Super Phoenix sports, right? Kind of the esports piece of it.

Now that we’ve got the racing module, we got the shooter arena.

It’s it’s looking slick in Star Atlas.

So we wanted to kind of start building on top of that. Um, and basically what we got going on is, uh, Super Phoenix Sports now as subsidiary of the DAO is just about ready to rock and roll. We’ve created, uh, new mobile app that goes live next week.

Um, both on the secret phone and then there’s downloadable version for iOS and and Android. Um, and so we’ll have lot of stuff in the socials coming out just over the next few days and then first thing next week, which is cool.

But uh essentially the app is going to be live stream app for tournaments and uh seasons and all the kind of things we’re planning on the tournament side um and the gameplay side so that we can feed them through to the app kind of get wider base of of people who are kind of paying attention um and interacting with Star Atlas but then also to kind of gamify things little bit we’re building in sort of betting uh bracket kind of system to it as well.

Yeah, there we go.

So, you know, the idea on this first go round, it’s going to be fairly straightforward for what we could get out the door in kind of short time frame, which is going to be our Clash of Titans tournament, which is going to be racing tournament uh in UE5 Star Atlas. And uh we’ve got some big prize pools and all that stuff going. And ultimately, we’re going to have the ability for folks to download the app um and submit uh brackets to compete for additional cash cash prizes.

Um, so we’ve got thousands of dollars we’re giving out in cash, thousands of dollars worth of NFTs and tokens. Um, both for players who are already committed and are in the race and then also for people who are just going to be watching along with us on the mobile app and who submit their brackets before the actual tournament, which I’ll go into. The actual tournament is going to be live watch party um as side event at Breakpoint in couple of weeks.

So, we’re kind of um >> Yeah.

So, we’re hosting it as uh Star Atlas community meetup um kind of sponsored by Super Phoenix Sports so that we can also do live watch of the party, kind of tie the whole thing together. We’ll have some, you know, cool new merch with the logos and stuff to give out in person for people who kind of who are going already um and want to show up and support us. Um but obviously, you know, if you’re not at Breakpoint, you can still follow along, like said, on the mobile app or through our live stream uh for the actual tournament.

So that’s kind of the big inaugural launch, if you will, of both the app, the betting mechanism, the tournament structure, uh kind of all of that built, you know, on top of Star Atlas Gaming and UE5 and through the platform that we’re bringing. And so we’re pretty pretty pumped about it. Um and then obviously there’s lot more plans going into next year.

We want to do some seasons. We want to bring in the shooter. Um, eventually we got some prediction market stuff that we’re going to add in to make it more uh engaging for people on kind of regular basis instead of these big one-offs.

Um, but yeah, lot of cool stuff to come. Uh, know that’s that’s little bit. don’t know if you guys have any questions about it before >> they’re asking if they can register still to raise.

So, we had I’ll be honest, we had overwhelming uh support from the community even when we first kind of put this out on on slightly less uh public channels. And so, think we’re we’re probably just about full with the race roster. Um would say come over to the Super Phoenix Dow and just kind of inquire there.

We may have couple of alternate positions open um for this particular race, but like said, even if uh we’re kind of full up on on racers for this particular one, we’re going to be going full full in uh with full seasons uh right after the new year.

Yeah. know. Uh so, Lancer’s been kind of heading up the actual tournament team on the back end.

Um, like said, I’ve been working on kind of the front side of things with the the new entity and the branding and some of the marketing we’re doing and obviously the live event um and Breakpoint and all of that. Um, but can kind of turn it over for minute and give people little bit of behind the scenes if Lanzer wants to talk about it because he’s been managing um great team of of folks that have been helping us kind of gear up for the full live stream and coordinating players, coordinating the event. Uh, obviously handful of folks that people are familiar with.

Uh shout outs to you know uh Bruo and few of the other guys that have been participating in Iris Quest and some of the other things. They’ve been extremely helpful in us pulling this together kind of behind the scenes.

So um again um Lancer don’t know if you wanted to chat little bit about it but uh there’s some very cool stuff we’ve been working on pretty consistently I’d say this last month or two behind the scenes to get all this ready to rock for couple weeks from now. We’ve been working it for about 3 months now and preparing full team of of people to host the race on December 12th at Salana Breakpoint which nor will be there in person and the the Star Racer team will be there virtually where we have full roster of racers and right now we’re looking at 32 racers.

think there’s couple slots left over. put the the Discord in the chat to Super Phoenix Dow. Go to the Star Racer questions and just uh ask ask if there’s still slots open.

So, uh we’re going to do that with about 32 racers and we’re casting that across Twitch, Kick X, YouTube, and on the app itself.

So, we just been hammer hammering away at it each week to make this event success.
