The center portion of the map (tiles -2,-2 through 2,2) are a no fly zone for the next 48 hours while we run tests for the Superphoenix event.
The following accounts will be allowed to move small fleets in and out of these sectors as part of the test. Please do not interfere with fleets moving to and from these areas. I may be adding more players to this list.
