Today we are releasing a material (extraordinary measure) draft proposal to the DAO seeking reimbursement for historical expenses related to establishing the Star Atlas Foundation, service providers, and tax liabilies incurred related to DAO revenues. I will be joining the Brew next week to cover a special segment on this proposal. In the meantime, I look forward to your questions and feedback in the proposal thread itself. We will be covering financial specifics, rationale, and impact to the DAO Treasury.
I want to be clear that this request is not essential to survival presently, but the additional funding backstop will provide much greater confidence to deliver on all of the near term objectives for SAGE C4, UE5, z.ink, and beyond, without furhter disruption to the team.
