During a routine review of z.ink XP calculations, we identified a bug that resulted in Alpha subscribers and Aura subscribers having their zXP multipliers (1.25x and 1.5x) reversed. As a result, we are modifying zXP leaderboard entries to reflect the appropriate amount of zXP a user should have earned.
1. Net-zero XP adjustment:
- Alpha subscribers (100 profiles) — removed 8,223,726 over-credited XP (they were getting 1.5× instead of 1.25×), levels recalculated ✅
- Aura subscribers (28 profiles) — added 3,630,758 under-credited XP (they were getting 1.25× instead of 1.5×), levels recalculated ✅
- Season progress (airdrop + multipass) — adjusted for both groups, multipass levels recalculated
These values have been adjusted for all users since the start of a subscription. This is now corrected moving forward, but some people will see higher or lower zXP values as a result of this reconciliation.
